ABOUT CONCEPTS 26
The focus at Concepts 26 is on all things housing, striving to stabilize communities through independence and connection. The mission is to help individuals who may be experiencing housing instability the opportunity to cross barriers and obtain independent housing
Currently we are offering single occupancy and shared rooms in a communal style of living.
Rooms and Shares
Our rooms are low-cost, shared sociable lodging where guests can rent a room for 1 to 12 months. We offer single and dual occupancy units (no more than two beds per room).
All rooms are fully furnished cleaned and sanitized by company employees before a new guest checks in. All rooms have access to shared use of lounges, kitchens, bathrooms and grounds.
